» Commissions «
• By purchasing a commission, you automatically accept to these terms and conditions.
• By purchasing a commission, you automatically have the permissions allowed. They are stated below.
1] Once a customer has paid for the commission, a customer may receive a full refund only when the image hasn't been worked on past the Lineart phase. The farther into the commission the artist is, the less the refund.
1.1] Refund rates:
- Sketch: 80% refund
- Lineart: 60% refund
- Flats: 40% refund
- Shades: 20% refund
- Background phase or Completed: No refund
1.2] If the image does not have this phase (i.e. Lineless), then once a customer has paid for the commission, it is 50% refundable, if image has been started.
1.3] It is advised the customer take a screenshot of their name in my Progress box on my Profile page, to assure they get the correct refund.
1.4] If the customer's DeviantART account is deactivated or banned, it is up to them to contact the artist. The artist is not required to complete the commission and/or refund the customer.
2] For the artist to begin the commission, the customer must pay the set price beforehand.
2.1] Customer may pay 50% of the total beforehand, but until 100% of the payment is made, only 50% of the image would be done.
3] Once the image is in the process of being made or completed, it is up to my discretion to do alterations when:
3.1] The customer wants to add anything unsaid in the customer's initial description of the image's desired outcome.
3.2] The customer wants to remove anything unsaid in the customer's initial description of the image's desired outcome.
4] The artist can never guarantee a time/date for an image to be completed, as unforeseen events may happen.

5.2] Legal troubles will follow.
6] The artist will remove a customer from the queue if a customer has requested a commission, but have not a)heard back from the customer in 1 month, or b)paid for the commission in 2 months.
7] Permissions for the customer's commission:
7.1] The customer may do anything but a)remove an existing watermark, or b)claim the work as their labor.

» Adoptables and Closed Species «
• By purchasing an Adoptable or one of my Closed Species, you automatically accept to the terms and conditions.
• By purchasing an Adoptable or a Closed Species, you automatically have the permissions allowed. They are stated below.1] In an Auction, a bidder should not place a bid if they currently do not posses enough funds for the adopt.
1.1] If this is done, you will anger the seller.
1.2] If this is done more than 3 times, you will be put on The List.
1.2.1] The List will be a public document.
2] If the bidder does not bid in the correct spot, the seller cannot guarantee the bidder will win that round.
3] If the customer makes an image of the bought adopt, the first image made must include a credit to the seller somewhere in the description.
4] Owners of an Adoptable are allowed to:
a] Resell. b] Redesign. c] Breed.
5] Owners of a closed Species are allowed to:
a] Resell.
5.1] Owners of a Closed Species are not permitted to breed, duplicate, redesign,
or create more of that species.
5.2] People making and/or distributing a Closed Species without permission with be put on The List, and Reported.
5.2.1] Distribution is only not permitted when the person has illegally obtained a Closed Species unit.
5.3] In a MYO Contest (Make Your Own) event, the owners are the people won their MYO entry.
5.3.1] This can be proven by a folder collecting the approved species in my Favorites, or in a journal.
6] Fraudulently filing for a chargeback will put you on The List.
7] The Unspoken Rule:
7.1] Persons redistributing the artist's work/adopt units will be placed on The List.
7.2] Persons heavily referencing the artist's work/adopts will be placed on The List.
7.3] Persons stealing the artist's work/adopts will be placed on The List.

Artist's Rights: Any person stealing any work of any artist will be reported. They are subject to being notified by any person of their doing.
