Species: dog; shepherd mutt; Father was a shepherd, mother was a Spitz/Kuvasz mix (aka she was gorgeous!) He got the scruffy fur gene from his mom.
Basically: Shepherd Mix + Kuvasz Mix + Some of this XD

Ability: Necromancy/(shadowmancy): Shadow manipulation specialist

- level 0: Ribbons • Melt to Shadow

- level 5: Dark Shots • Melt to Shadow • range increases

- level 10: Dark Shots • Shadow form • untouchable for 40 seconds total

- level 20: Dark Shots • Shadow Form • Puppet Cord • untouchable for 60 seconds total

- level 40: Dark Shots • Hunter Shadow Form • Puppet Cord • untouchable for 80 seconds total

- level 60: Dark Shots • Hunter Shadow Form • Puppet Cord • Dark Pulse • untouchable for 100 seconds total

- Ribbons: wisps of ability can be fired from the user or their focus circle, attaching to whatever intended. Range of 25 feet, accurately.

- Melt to Shadow: can disappear into the shadows, and travel like that for short distances… but has to be touching a shadow.

- Dark Shots: advancement of Ribbons. Larger, stronger, and farther.

- Shadow Form: advancement of Melt to Shadow; now can appear as a shadow figure without having to touch the shadows themselves.

- Puppet Cord: advanced Dark Shots that can impale you; at that point the user can control you.

- Hunter Shadow Form: advancement of Shadow Form; now can move through things, and appearing more sinister. This form brings an increase in attack.

- Dark Pulse: the user’s ability gathers at the forepaws, then spectacularly thrusting into the opponent. This leaves a large hole or missing body part, and often results in sever injury or death depending where they were hit.

Name: Rush “Phoenix”
- Nicknames: Phoenix, Phoe (pronounced fee), Russy, Red
Age: 21

Gender: Male

Ornament: sash thing. He got it from when he first created a shadow: the shadow became tangible and when he pulled it out, it was a sash. He figured out it boosted his ability whenever he wore it, so he keeps it on.


Likes:

- fighting. Loves, loves to fight.

- teasing females.

- Tends to make fun of Gunken’s altered appearance… which will get him into a lot of trouble one of these days. Though he doesn’t really mean a lot of what he says.

- assassins. They have the coolest jobs.

- just absolutely tearing opponents apart. “If they’re too injured to fight, then I think we just won.”

- using phrases at the dumbest times, i.e. "naked" at the end of sentences.

- cussing!

- Having that random object that turns into a utility weapon/something he could use

- getting his way. (like most everyone else does on a general note)


Dislikes:

- Unproductive scout missions.

- Sparks who tell him to “Knock it off!” constantly

- bitter food. Yuck.

- super sweet food as well

- Those sparks who use their intelligence to annoy others

- really, really serious sparks. The unemotional ones

- letting opponents off easily. That really tests his self-discipline.

- dancing. He's terrible at it.


Fears:

- losing his job

- getting busted

- losing his sash thing


Strengths:

- incredibly talented fighter. It’s his passion.

- Uses his eyes to almost manipulate others.

- it’s not quite charm, but there’s just something about him. It comes with the shadowmancer ability.

- thinking his way out of things

- working in groups preferred, but can also work alone

- He’s a go-getter; he has that self-driven attitude.



Weaknesses:

- patience. It’s almost nonexistent.

- says a lot of things he doesn’t mean!!

- he’ll crumble at the presence of a female he more than “just likes”; he doesn’t even know what to do

- small opponents. They’re hard to catch

- If you can master this, you've pretty much just won: high-pitched, ear-throbbing, painful screeching sounds. His Shadowmancy ability will shut down, and he will have to fight without it.

Personality:

- jokester, immature; him and his buds love pulling pranks

- sly, cunning, peppy and alert. Very good at ID'ing his surroundings.

- a lot hides behind that grin! >;D

- loves competitions!

- compulsive liar; usually has to correct himself. Unless he has a strong emotion at another spark (i.e. absolutely pissed off), then he’ll tell it all.

- He's a liar because it's how he made his way around in the streets when he was younger.

- almost completely relies on his ability to fight/work his job… hardly ever goes a fight without it. He just over-uses it.

- Loves to tease and poke fun!

- Has that “Game on!” attitude

- A fierce fighter. He doesn’t weigh the options about his opponent’s health/well being/etc. after or during the fight, as long as he wins and you don’t.

- Kind of gets in your face

- very much a dominant-type

Bio:

- only child. (based off what his parents told him)

- was the kid in school you didn't mess with. Also was the kid in that sporty/athletic friend group.

- was raised underground by a mother who was a scout with a thief alternative, and a father who was an assassin with a merchant alternative.

- His parents were both Rebellion members, so that’s the faction view he grew into. They believed the humans were wrong, and should be shown what it means to mess with an intelligent race. (kind of like families and their sports teams haha) Plus he's always itching to show-up the humans, and the Resistance policy downs't support that lol.

- believes in showing the humans how advanced they are, even if it means beating them down.

- Really, nothing much; he just has an average past.

- Wasn't the best in school, but he was able to pass easily; grades were always in the B range. He was also the kid to challenge (key word there) many others and friends to fight. Phoe would be the first to volunteer himself to a challenge, and the longest to last.

- At one point in time, in school, there was a class ahead of him. You know, like the "older kids"? There was one or two kids in that class who he really looked up to. Often times, these older ones were mean and would pick on the younger group, or just the ones lesser able to defend themselves. These older kids also were some of the best fighters in school!
And then there was this girl and boy in the class younger than Phoe. The girl would always just talk to him, and the boy would act like he was the older brother. Phoe had his "cool" group of friends, so he would at times be the one to say "Oh, I can't today, I've got more important things to do." One day, only the boy came back to school depressed. He kept it up for days. Phoe finally asked "What's Up?", and the kid explained how the same older kids were having an inter-faction quarrel, and the sister got caught in the middle of it and was seriously injured, later dead. Soon, the brother went back for revenge, and ended up getting himself killed.
Phoe took it upon himself to confront the situation and break it up (hence his knack for being a patrolman). Phoe himself is mean, but not evil. These kids had some other level of mean in them! The older group then taunted him, saying he'd end up just like the other two if he didn't keep out. Of course, he did not back down. He ended up in a 4-on-one battle-- and won, roughly.
After that, one of his buddies suggested he be a scout when he gets older, because he'd be good at it. And Phoe's now a scout.

- Another event was when a Rebellion member's dark ability went haywire because of some heightened electrical activity/energy use in general in the city of Tokyo, and Phoe was able to stop the crazed dog, calming down its ability, and calming him with vocal tones, and of course Phoe used his eyes.

- His only-child-ness allowed him to be very outspoken and aggressive, and grow into some poor behaviors. He will most limey say what's on his mind, though there are times when he is quiet around higher authorities to stay "safer".

- Phoe's ability was discovered when he was trying to hide from other scouts from stealing some food and money when he was young. He really wanted to hide in the shadows, but ended up becoming the shadow. He was exhilarated, and wanted to do it again, so he began practicing it often. Soon, though experimentation, he found out what this shadowmancy ability had to offer!

- is Not a necromancer; he has nothing to do with the dead. He manipulates shadows.

- Blaise hates his eyes! She dislikes their natural ability to draw her in, only because she dislikes Phoe.

Blaise:
Kind of fears her for her amount of confidence... he's not used to confident females. At the same time, though, he respects her for it, and admits he appreciates her attitude towards things. But he really doesn't like her that much, for she's also a fierce fighter.

Reika:
If he's not teasing, her, he's talking to her. Because she's one of the only sparks that'll sit and listen, and she'll be the one to know some about him and how he feels.

Sayako:
Sayako is a spark he just likes to interact with. She has that dark personality, so at least he could relate. He often tests her and tries to see what will get a rise out of her.

Akashi:
Akashi and Phoe often tag-team together and do their jobs together. Phoe sees Akashi's tendencies to be alone, and often invites him along on scout missions to "get some fresh air", when really, he's wanting him to have a little fun once in a while.

Himiko:
Phoe knows that Resistance member Himiko has a little thing for him, so when she's out pup-sitting, he often snags a pup or two as a joke. The fun part is the reaction afterwards, but then he returns them once he gets teased for "adopting".

Ren:
Rush had always had admiration for Ren, because of his talents for his job as an assassin. He considers him a pretty good friend, having the same thinking vibes and humor. (asdfjkl that's all I got... updating this sucker later.)
