CT Brigades + Contest

EDIT: All the characters with off-color names are cameo characters. Still need to add the other cameos!

This file was at one point around 2800x31500... big mistake on my part. Never do that. Had to shrink it by 100 pixels each time just so it would process. Hoooooly craaaaaaaapp
I may add everyone's info in groups later... my phone isn't the best device for that. XD
These are only the characters with powers. The others aren't included.

You all see the dog silhouettes? Those are open design spots for a contest I am holding. Notice the lack of Ice, Air, and Earth? Yeah, I need help with those. Don't forget the other open slots, too.
